Zhuji YINHAI Industrial and Mining mechanical Co., LTD. is located in Zhuji city, Zhejiang province, which is of rich cultural heritage and with vigorous economy development. The company was founded in 1982; it is a leading enterprise specializing in producing copper bush of cone crusher series and a privately-owned enterprise integrating non-ferrous centrifugal casting, high manganese steel casting, machining, testing, R&D, application of quality system and technology heavy industry. More than 40% of its products are exported to America, Canada, Norway, the UK, France and South Africa, which has established a favorable reputation in the world.

80% of copper bushes in producing cone crushers are supported by our Company in china. Besides, our Company is also the main supplier of copper bushes in large-scale metal mines and sand and gravel mines etc... The products are applied in metallurgy machinery, hydropower machinery, cement machinery, rubber machinery, papermaking machinery, wind power machinery, engineering machinery, processing machinery and sand and gravel mines.

The production capacity of our company: we supply the finished products of copper bush reaches 3000 ton per year. The heaviest part is 6 tons. The casting method is centrifuge casting. There are 35 sets of large-scale CNC lathe, digital display boring machine and vertical lathe in machining. We have a product testing center, it installed Japanese Shimadzu brand PDA-7000 spectrometer, metallurgical analyzer, mechanical properties test machine and hardness tester, the testing results are true and accurate.

In order to increase output of high manganese steel wear-resistant parts to satisfy the demand of the market, the Company exploited 100000㎡of land in Wuhu Machinery Industry Development Zone in 2006 and established Wuhu Yinhai mechanical manufacturing Co., Ltd.. Nowadays, it has completed the construction of the standard plant in periodⅠof 25,000 ㎡, which was formally put into operation on May 2, 2009. There are one set of 1.5 tons, 2 tons, 2.5 tons and 3tons medium frequency electric furnaces respectively. The annual production capacity of high manganese steel wear-resistant fittings is designed to be 20,000 tons with 38,000,000 USD of output value, which enables two industries of the company, develop and grow simultaneously.
