Non-ferrous foundry workflow

We installed 13 sets centrifugal casting machines. One of them can cast 6 tons single finished parts(Casting is 8 tons). And its diameter is 2.2m. Long is 3m. The 6 sets centrifugal casting machines can cast 3 tons finished parts. The rest 6 sets can cast 1 ton finished parts.

The electric furnace has 2 sets, 1 ton oil furnace has 5 sets. We can supply casting 6000 tons per year. The finished parts is 3000 tons per year.
